Parents and carers attended a meeting to discuss how Phonics is taught in school and how to support children with reading at home. The children enjoyed bedtime stories with staff from the school in the classrooms. Children came back to school dressed in comfy clothes, pyjamas, onesies and dressing gowns, ready for bed. They enjoyed a drink and a biscuit provided by the Friends of St John’s (PTA).
